Friends Camp offers 1- or 2-week overnight camp sessions for ages 7-17. Our camp is founded in Quaker values and is open to all campers. We strive for a diverse camp community, and we celebrate acceptance, play, and exploring the outdoors. Programming at Friends Camp is creative and unique, with different opportunities offered every week. Options always include water sports (kayaking, canoeing, sailing), arts & crafts, drama, and exploring the outdoors. Campers report that their favorite parts of Friends Camp are making new friends, being themselves, playing outdoors, a chance to be silly , and learning new skills.
Friends Camp is a Quaker youth camp that values the good -- or, the Light-- in every person. Camper voice and leadership is important to us, from our youngest to our oldest campers. The Quaker values that guide us daily are simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality, and stewardship. Campers are welcome at Friends Camp regardless of race, creed, gender identity, sexuality, ethnicity, or nationality. Friends Camp is accredited by the American Camping Association. We offer a voluntary 3-tiered pricing model and campership funding for families who need help affording the cost of camp.
